For our current customer base, please message the office via your app and we will get right back to you. For new customers email and text message would be the best way for a quick response from our head office.
When the technicians arrive on site, they will let you - or head office know if more time is required to complete your service. We can always extend your service (if schedule allows) or book a follow up service.
Although we try our best to be punctual, we deal with variables such as traffic, construction, weather, and schedule changes that could cause delays or earlier then expected arrivals. We ask that you give a two hour lead time (before and after) for your service technicians to arrive.
Your service technician will telephone you when they are on their way to your property. If you would like an update, you can always message the office via the app.
The more clutter that is removed, the more time the technicians have to clean your home. Also, providing a priority list with your booking will allow the technicians to best use their time for your service.
